7th International Conference on Fossil Insects, Arthropods and Amber

Dear All,

I have pleasure to announce that the 7th International Conference on Fossil Insects, Arthropods and Amber will be held at the National Museum of Scotland (NMS), Edinburgh in 2016.

The dates are set as follows-

April 2016

Tuesday 26th evening registration and icebreaker reception.

27th talks at NMS.

28th talks at NMS.

29th talks at NMS with evening dinner.

30th one-day field-trip.

Sunday 1st May one-day field-trip.

The field-trips will be optional extras as logistically it will not be possible for everyone to attend.

To keep costs down there will be no social day, so for those wanting to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh I suggest you plan a longer visit.

Note that this message was compiled quickly and has only gone out to those who I have corresponded with by e-mail over the last few months, so it has not gone out to everyone.

I will compile a fuller list to send with the 1st circular in due course.

Please distribute among your colleagues and ask people who are interested that are not on this list to e-mail me, so that I can add them to the list.

If any of you will definitely not be attending, let me know and I’ll remove you from the mailing list.
